User Terms & Conditions

 

-        Children under the age of 12 months are not permitted.

-        Dogs are not permitted.

-        Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by someone 16 years and over.

-        Children under the age of 12 must wear a lifejacket.

-        No Intoxicated person allowed.

-        Smoking, vaping or drinking alcohol is not permitted on the jetty or while boating at any time.

-        Anti-social behaviour is not permitted.

-        Stay seated at all times unless swapping seats.

-        No swimming

-        Be mindful of the wildlife and stay 2m away from any bird nest.

-        No picking up of any passengers other than at the jetty.

-        Only disembark your boat at the jetty and with the help of a staff member.

-        Do not cross floating barriers.

-        Customers should keep their belongings with them. We cannot be held liable for loss of any valuables or           other personal property left at the premises.

-        Please be considerate of other users.
